Whether you are a beginner 🟢 or intermediate 🔵, the Retreat provides expert instructors, logistics, and transportation to river sections matched to separately dedicated to both beginner and intermediate sections — so everyone is challenged, safe, and progressing.
Meals, lodging, and off-river experiences are shared together — riverside hot tubs, cocktails, Pucon town, trekking, and recovery days. Some river days are also shared on the same river system, with each group paddling sections suited to their progression.
The Pucon Kayak Retreat is a student-centric whitewater program where instruction is the experience.
Each day has a clear learning focus so guests don’t just run rivers — they understand what is making them better.
The goal is simple: clear instruction, real progression, visible improvement.
Guests are measured by how clearly they can recognize and apply what they are learning — not by performance or style.
